Refunds for payments made through the payment gateway are subject to certain conditions. The following situations warrant a refund:

  • (a) In case of a technical error that results in multiple charges or an excessive amount being deducted from the customer's card or bank account, a refund will be issued for the overpayment. However, any applicable Payment Gateway fees will be deducted from the refund.
  • (b) If a customer's card or bank account is charged due to a technical issue, but they have not been successfully enrolled or required to make any upfront payment to access the services of the website, a refund will be provided for the remaining balance after deducting the payment gateway fee.

To request a refund, customers must provide the original payment receipt and transaction number along with their refund application. The completed application should be sent via email to the specified email address, following the specified format.

Once the claim is validated through manual processing, reimbursement will be granted within five days of the website receiving the online registration form. It may take an additional 5 to 7 working days for the funds to appear in the customer's account, depending on the policies of their bank.

Any outstanding payments for purchases made through the website will be addressed by contacting the user or payee directly, and the payments will be settled accordingly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved by the website, the disputed amount may be credited to the account of the payer involved in the dispute. However, the payee cannot challenge any direct credit or debit made to their account. Once a repayment has been made between the payee and the payer, the website's suppliers will handle the funds according to the repayment conditions.

It is important for both customers and service providers to be aware that in the case of a chargeback, where the payee, user, or service provider has already received payment, any dispute regarding the payment must be resolved based on the terms of the agreement.
